Stanley died peacefully on December 3, 2022, at Linhaven LTC after a battle with Alzheimer's. Born in
Philadelphia. He was raised by a cousin of his mother Edith Clark (Johnson) in Saskatchewan after his
mother died at his birth and his father later died when Stanley was three. Stanley married Lynda Janeway on
August 13, 1966. He leaves behind a son Paul (Jacqueline); a daughter Kathryn (Neal) Pignatora, and
four grandchildren, Ian and Mitchell Ford; Connor and Olivia Pignatora. Stanley was a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Waterloo. Stan taught in the Math Department of Sir Winston
Churchill Secondary School for his entire career from 1966 to 1998 when he retired. Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Stan's Legacy: His love for his grandchildren and his love of teaching.
