CARTMELL: Ronald Patrick
October 18, 1951- May 25 2022.
Ron passed unexpectedly on May 25, 2022 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 70. Beloved husband of the late Joanne (nee Rapattoni-2019). Loving and supportive farther of sons Jim (Alyssa) and Joseph. Proud adoring grandpa of Benjamin and Urijah. Dear brother of Cathy Ker (late Ron -2022). Uncle Ron will be fondly remembered by nephew Gord and Kevin Ker. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Christine Rapattoni and Dianne Laveck and brothers-in-law Paul and Phil Rapattoni and their families. Ron was predeceased by his parents James (1973) and Patricia (2009) and brother Ted (1994). A life-long resident of Thorold, Ron was employed by the L.C.B.O. for many years. Following his retirement, he worked part-time at Beachwood Golf Club and Thorold Foodland for several years.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES INC. (905)682 0474. A Celebration of Life will be held to honour Ron on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 2:00pm-6:00pm. at the Branch #17 Legion in Thorold.
