CHIVERS, Robin (Rob) Bruce Lawson-Passed away on September 8, 2021 in his 81st year. Dear husband of Dianne Chivers, married 56 years. Loved father of Richard Chivers and his wife Diane of Port Colborne. Grandfather of Catherine, Emily (Simon), Caroline and Sarah Chivers. Brother-in-law to Debbie (Karl) Dawson, Uncle to Chris Chivers (predeceased Gloria), Teri (Rich) de Kievit, Heather (Christoph) Allemann, and Kara Dawson. Predeceased by his brother Ron Chivers, his wife Bernice and parents William and Mary Chivers. He was formally employed with the DSBN, teaching in Grimsby (Nelles) and St. Catharines (Sheridan Park and Carleton). After retirement he worked part time with Niagara Air Bus and Enterprise. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Passfield Mortuary Services. If desired, memorial contributions to the Walker Family Cancer Center would be appreciated by the family.
