Keith passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on April 8, 2023 in his 59th year.
Keith will we be missed by his loving wife Emma Waters (nee Simpson). His children Skye, Hope, Charles Carter, and his mom Helen Waters (nee Panos). Sisters Kim (Doug) Galloway, and Lynn (Frank) Waters Grandchildren Avery, Opheila, Preston, and his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Predeceased by his father Robert (Bob) Waters.
As per Keith’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
