Gone to be with his Lord and Saviour, Martin (Marty)Thomas Goddard in his 70th year passed away at home. Beloved husband and best friend of Barb (nee Kyer), dear father of Laura, exceptional step-dad to Lucas (Andrea) Sangster, Sarah (Christopher) Triebe. Predeceased by his father Arthur, his mother, Dorothea, and infant son Simon. Eldest brother to Mike (Cathy), Scott (Robin), Jo-Anne (Wayne) Lawrence. Cherished son in law of Helen Smith, brother in law of Deborah, (Ric)Borozny, Marilyn (Barry)Keown, Judy (Brent) Funk, Doug(Tracy)Kyer. Proud Papa to Liam, Conner, Maddie, Capri, Venice, Denver, Jamisyn, and Asher. Marty will be missed by all of his nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Dr Yelamanchili, Palliative care nurses, Daryl, Judy, Shannon, Mellisa and NP Martha.. Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will take place Monday May 2, 2022 at New Hope Church, 2360 First St Louth, St Catharine’s.
Visitation at 10am, Service begins at 1100.
Donations towards Ukraine Efforts can be entrusted with NH Church.
