We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Peggy after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. A beloved Wife to her sweetheart Joe for nearly 60 years. A loving Mother to Joanne Nadeau (Mike), David, and Kevin. Grandmother to Ryan, Natalie, Stefanie, and Winter. Sister to John (Dorothy), late Peter, late Bernard, late Patrick, and Susan Tallon (Bruce). Peggy will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. A homemaker, Peggy was a devoted Mother and Wife, dedicating her life to her family. She loved Bear, a very special dog whom she cherished. Peggy was a worthy opponent in scrabble and card games, and loved listening to music. She was known for her amazing cooking skills, often sharing her talents in the kitchen with home cooked meals for friends and family. As much as she enjoyed cooking for others she equally enjoyed going out for dinner and then to the Casino. The family wishes to thank the staff and nursing team at the Grand Canal in Welland. In accordance with Peggy’s wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES INC 905 682 0474. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
