August 3rd, 1929 – September 6th, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Margaret Elizabeth Cairns (Locke) in her 94th year. Margret is survived by her loving children Pam (Larry), Tom, Tim (Lisa), Kim (Dave). Her grandchildren Kristie (Adam), Leslie (Chris), Tiffany (Andrew), Samantha (Paul), Lloyd Jr, Celeste, Natasha, and Ian (Skyler). Margaret had a special place in her heart for her great grandchildren Khloe, Addison, Lauren, Karter, Dillon, Willow, Isla, Aubrey, Kyla and Noah. Margaret is also survived by her sister Betty and brother Michael. Margaret is pre deceased by her forever love Thomas Cairns (2008) and her daughter Mary (2010) and by many other family and friends who she thought of often. Margaret was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church as well as the Eastern Star and The Ladies Shriners. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Linhaven for their kindness and patience. Margaret was the heart of her family, a determined, loving person who always went above and beyond for her family, her kindness and love created many wonderful memories for all who knew and loved her. Margaret will always be missed and will forever be our sunshine.
