Passed away suddenly at home due to a heart attack on July 7, 2022. He is survived by his wife Julie, of 42 years, his children Jeff (Tricia) Gartley, Ryan (Ashley) Gartley, Nick (Ashley) Gartley and Elora Topp (Tyler). Ric is also survived by his brother Wayne Gartley. Much loved by his grandchildren, Dawson, Gavin, Quinn and Avaro. As per his family’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
