Janice Lydia McAdorey passed away peacefully while surrounded by family at home on June 15, 2022, at the age of 75. Beloved wife and best friend of 55 years to Dennis. Dear mother of Gregory (Sandra) and Ann (Craig). Cherished Nana to Alyssa (Dusty) and Sarah (Riley), treasured sister to Louise Jackson and Peter (Natalie) McIntosh. Jan is also survived by brothers and sisters in law Bob Price, Roz McAdorey, Mike and Margo Cassibo, and many adored nieces, nephews, and friends. Jan was predeceased by her parents Edna and Peter McIntosh, and her twin sister Josephine Price. Jan was an avid sewer, crafter, reader, and lover of all animals. She had an incredible sense of humour and was cherished by her friends and family. The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lynett, St. Elizabeth Health Care, the Personal Support Workers, and all of the other doctors and nurses who supported Jan in her final days. In memory of Jan, donations to the Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated.
