Fred passed away on October 18, 2022 at Niagara Gardens Manor, St. Catharines Ontario at the age of 93. Husband of the late Jean English (2001) and father of Sharon (Ted) Witiuk and Captain Brett (Erica) Walker. Fred is survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to Passfield Mortuary Services Inc.
Cremation has taken place. A private service will take place at a later date.
