Dave passed away after a lengthy illness in his 63rd year at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hospital. Survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Rosalind, his children Alana (Steve) Greaves and Brandon Kubik, his precious grandsons Mason and Henry Greaves. Also survived by his mother Rose Kubik, brothers Danny (Eleonora) Kubik, Joseph Kubik, mother-in-law Jacqueline Johnston, Aunts, Uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers -in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dave was predeceased by his father Joseph Kubik, sister Christine Misener, Uncle Alan Berak, Aunt Mary Drogoski, father-in law William Johnston and his precious infant granddaughter Finnley Rose Greaves. Dave will be forever remembered by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Service and celebration of life to be at a later date when the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
